Privacy notice

This notice explains how Takis Charalambous & Co. Ltd ("Studio Office", "we") handles personal data in connection with event invitations and RSVPs.

What we hold

Name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, your reply to an invitation (including the number of guests, guest names, dietary requirements and any notes you add), and records of the invitation and confirmation emails we sent you.

Why

To invite you to Studio Office and partner events, manage attendance and capacity, cater appropriately, and contact you about the event you replied to. We rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining professional relationships with customers, architects, designers, partners and suppliers, and on your reply where you provide additional information.

Sharing

Attendance lists for a co-hosted event may be shared with the co-host (for example MillerKnoll) and the venue where needed to run the event. We do not sell or otherwise share your details.

Retention

Event replies are kept for 24 months after the event for follow-up and reporting, then deleted. Your contact record is kept while we have an ongoing business relationship.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to receiving invitations, at any time by emailing events@takis.com or using the "prefer not to receive event invitations" link in any invitation. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Security

Invitation links use unguessable random tokens; the guest list is stored in an access-controlled database and is never exposed publicly.
